Our sourcing team visits farms personally, selecting based on three things: soil quality, farming practices, and the farmer's willingness to be fully transparent. Every farm is logged with GPS coordinates in our system—so you always know exactly where your ingredients come from.
We harvest on a real date
Your ingredients have a harvest date, not just a "packaged on" date.
Fresh produce airfreights within 24–48 hours of harvest. Dried goods stay fresh because you can calculate exactly how old the product is from harvest to your kitchen. You're not guessing. You're knowing.
We test every batch independently
A sample from every batch goes to an independent NABL-accredited lab before it leaves India.
We test against EU MRL standards—the world's strictest pesticide residue limits. The test certificate uploads to your QR code immediately. If a batch fails, it doesn't ship. No exceptions, no compromises.
We ship with complete documentation
Every delivery includes everything you need:
- Certificate of Origin (for applicable trade agreements)
- FSSAI Export Certificate (Indian food safety)
- Phytosanitary Certificate (for fresh produce)
- EU MRL Lab Test (proof of safety)
- QR Traceability Manifest (every SKU on your shipment)
