Shipping Policy
(a) Shipping charges are calculated based on delivery location and order value;
(b) Shipping charges will be displayed and confirmed before you complete your order;
(c) Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed;
(d) Actual delivery times may vary based on location, weather conditions, logistics, and other factors beyond our control;
(e) We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, traffic, or other external factors.
Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title to Products pass to you upon delivery at your specified address. We are not responsible for Products after successful delivery to your address.
In-Transit Damage
(a) If any Products are damaged during transit, this must be reported within 24 hours of delivery;
(b) Damage claims reported after 24 hours will not be accepted;
(c) To report in-transit damage, contact our customer care team at customer.care@khetandco.com with:
- Order number
- Product name and quantity
- Clear photographs of damaged Products and packaging
- Description of the damage
(d) We will verify the claim and process a replacement or refund within 7-8 business days of claim verification;
(e) No refund or replacement shall be provided for damage claims reported after 24 hours of delivery without valid explanation.
Non-Delivery
(a) If your order is not delivered within the estimated delivery window plus 5 additional days, contact our customer care team immediately;
(b) We will investigate the shipment status with the courier;
(c) If the shipment is confirmed as lost by the courier, we will either resend the order or issue a full refund at our discretion;
(d) Refund will be processed within 7-8 business days of loss confirmation.
Undeliverable Orders
If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by you:
(a) We will attempt to contact you to obtain a correct address;
(b) If you cannot be contacted or do not provide an alternative address, the order will be returned to us;
(c) A refund will be issued after the returned order is received and verified;
(d) Return shipping charges may be deducted from the refund at our discretion.
